Dorm Divas Take Note!

Have a daughter going off to college? I do, and I am excited for her and her roommate to decorate their new living space. Of course, I had to put together a dorm decor set of things I love in the hopes that my daughter will view my blog and get some ideas! I'm currently obsessed with finding bedding and wall decor as it is sure to brighten up any dull dorm room! The chandelier wall decal and Audrey Hepburn poster are my absolute must-have faves!

Style, Storage & Space of Crystal Stemware!

There seems to be much debate on whether or not to store crystal stemware glasses rim side down or stem side down. Some experts will tell you to never place your crystal glasses rim side down, because you are adding stress to the delicate rim. Wine connoisseurs will tell you placing glasses rim side down doesn't allow the glasses to breathe. It can add stress to the delicate rim. Makes sense to me. Afterall, glasses are not designed to be placed rim side down. However, I personally store my glasses rim side down to keep the inside of the glass dirt and dust free!
