Last Minute Fourth of July Centerpieces!

I posted a few easy last minute centerpiece ideas last year and I've had a few readers contact me to post more this year. Sorry this is so late, but here is the original post with a few updates:

Are you entertaining this 4th of July? Take it up a notch by adding one or more of these simple, yet stylish, decor ideas to your patriotic party.

Use stencils to draw stars onto red, white and blue duct tape. Cut out the stars and stick them onto your centerpiece pots, pails, or mason jars. I feel it is far easier to mess with duct tape at the last minute than trying to paint. The duct tape requires less time and effort - especially the stripes {smile}! My favorite!

Fourth of July is almost here and we've got the easiest style inspiration that will have you looking pretty and patriotic in red, white and blue! Fourth of July fashion can be fun and easy without being too overt! Except for the shorts, the pieces shown below are simple staple pieces that everyone should have in their closet: a blue, red or white tank, plain denim shorts, and a pair of wedge sandals! I couldn't resist the high waist "Mom" flag denim shorts! Yes, Nordstrom calls them Mom shorts. I call them "real life" shorts. {smile}

Now, isn't pulling together a 4th of July outfit easy? You'll be the coolest patriot at the picnic!
