NEW Dunkin' Donuts Premium Hot Teas Are At Your Fingertips

This post is sponsored through Blog MeetsBrand for Dunkin' Donuts. All opinions are 100% my own.

There's something about a hot cup of tea that instantly relaxes and rejuvenates the mind. The whole process of brewing tea and sitting down in a quiet place is a wonderful way to unwind. Tea drinking has become a daily ritual for me and it is almost a form of meditation. I usually have 2-3 cups of tea per day, but on hectic days, a five minute tea break is all I need to feel re-energized.  From the moment I breathe in the aroma and wrap my hands around a hot cup of tea, it's pure enjoyment!  It's no wonder that today tea is the most popular drink in the world behind water.

Green Virgin Products' Moringa Ultimate Prize Pack! {Review & Giveaway}

Disclosure:  I was provided samples for review purposes only. All opinions expressed herein are 100% my own. Please refer to the Disclosure Policy for more details.
As New Year's resolutions begin to fade, I'm happy to still find myself focused on eating healthy and exercisingI  Until recently, however, I didn't give much thought about what I was drinking. As an avid tea drinker, I drink 2-3 cups of tea per day of any tea that strikes my fancy. Needless to say, when I heard there was a "nutritious tea," out there, I was very intrigued! I never would have though of tea as a nutritional powerhouse - until now.
The kind folks at Green Virgin Products sent me a sample of their Gourmet Moringa Loose Leaf tea and Moringa Ultimate Super Fine Powder to try. I wasn't too familiar with Moringa, but the more I learned about it, I couldn't believe I haven't discovered it sooner. Moringa is dubbed the “miracle tree” and the “world’s most nutritious plant species ever studied,” this amazing tree is native to regions of Africa/Asia but can grow almost anywhere due to its incredible ability to extract nutrients from the soil and air. Its leaves are an all-around green superfood; with more than 90 nutrients! High in a wide array of vitamins and minerals it’s anti-oxidant rich (46 anti-oxidants), anti-diabetes (reduces blood glucose) and promotes heart health (lipid lowering) among other benefits. (see below)

Moringa is the most nutrient dense plant on our planet and has caught the attention of scientists around the world. It has more vitamins, minerals, proteins, anti-oxidants, and amino acids combined than any other known food. The tree’s use as a remedy for many health issues and as a great source of energy can be traced back centuries.

Style, Decor & More is Going Red!

Style, Decor & More is proud to announce that it will be joining the Go Red For Women movement. Go Red For Women is the American Heart Association's national cause campaign to increase awareness of heart disease - the leading cause of death for women.

This morning I attended a Go Red For Women breakfast to find out how Style, Decor & More can contribute to raise awareness of this important cause. It was wonderful meeting so many powerful women from the Greater Cleveland area who are helping to make a difference.

From Left to Right: Michelle Seifert, Cleveland Clinic Hospital; Amanda Rowe, American Heart Association; and Marien Kaifesh, Parker Hannifin
Each of the ladies in attendance received a goodie bag! Love the "Go Red" wine charms!
I won the raffle prize filled with lots of goodies! Woohoo!
I'm still brainstorming on ways Style, Decor can help raise awareness and contribute to Go Red. Maybe a fashion show, wine tasting or tea? I'll keep you posted!

The most important thing I learned today is that you are never too young to have heart disease.
Pay attention to your body!! If you are taking medication for anxiety and not responding, maybe it is not anxiety. Always short of breath? Maybe you are not simply out of shape. Don't ignore symptoms such as chest discomfort, cold sweat, nausea,or lightheadedness.
Did you know that Heart Disease kills more women than all cancers combined?!
Let's be healthy role models for our children and family members. Eat fruits and vegetables and exercise. If you don't like to exercise, walk for 30 minutes per day! Let's fight this silent killer!
