In a perfect world, every home would have a spacious mudroom with bench seating and abundance of storage options. Unfortunately, few homes enjoy such a convenience. This doesn't mean you can't make the most of your entryway. You can create a mini mudroom-like environment that is organized yet neat. You want your kids to be able to find what they need and get out the door for the bus in a hurry, but you also don't want to cringe and make excuses for the mess every time guests walk through the door.

Over the weekend, the Greater Cleveland YMCA celebrated their 160th anniversary with a gala at The Westin in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. It was a wonderful evening thanks to the great group of people from Parker Hannifin, the outstanding entertainment by Band X, and my fabulous dress from Lending Luxury!

As the date of the gala was quickly approaching, I found myself running out of time to go shopping for a dress and, as luck would have it, Lending Luxury and I happened to cross paths. The skirt's two voluminous layers of tulle and elegant taffeta sash tie make it the perfect go-to skirt for any formal event.
