Billion Dollar Brows Universal Brow Pencil {Review}

Today I am reviewing billion dollar brows’ Universal Brow Pencil. The description on the box states that the specially formulated pencil will match all eyebrow shades, hence the word “universal” in its title, so it’s time to put the “one color fits all” claim to the test!

After taking the pencil out of its packaging for the first time, I noticed that it was a good size. It’s very equivalent to the size of other popular brow pencils on the market right now. The pencil is double-sided: one side with the colored product, and the other with a spoolie brush. In my opinion, spoolies are ESSENTIAL for brow products, because it makes it so much easier to blend out the product and adjust how much of it you want to be distributed in each area. The product end of the pencil is crayon-like and retractable, which is a great feature because you never have to actually sharpen it, but can just simply twist up when you need more product.

A few weeks ago it seemed that many of us were going to escape the wrath of winter weather. Temperatures were mild and snow and ice were a distant memory in headline news. Well, the mild winter quickly changed for many of us this weekend as a prehistoric blizzard hit several states. Northern Ohio was spared, but the lake effect snow machine was running full blast the week prior to the storm and we had 8-10" of snow on the ground. The snow is very pretty, but when it starts to take a toll on my skin, that's another story.

Alright, I confess! I will often find myself searching through my teenage daughter’s closet looking for something to wear. As I look through her colorful assortment of sleeveless tops and bodycon dresses, I am secretly hoping to find one that will fit me well!  Unfortunately, I usually leave her room disappointed. I'm finding that the younger, trendier styles are getting more and more difficult to pull off, and I ask myself if what I am wearing is age appropriate. I am not exactly saying I need to wear “grandma” clothes. After all, my mother is 77 years young and dresses very fashionably. The trick, however, is finding articles of clothing that will fit and flatter your figure.

It is hard to believe my daughter (my baby) is graduating from high school already. It seems like only a short time ago she entered the world and now the world is her canvas! Time flew by too fast.
